Engineering services carried out on plants already running — ours or someone else's. Energy studies, field commissioning of air-side systems, and indoor air quality assessment, each closing with measured numbers and a written recommendation rather than an opinion.
A metered study of where the HVAC energy actually goes: fan and pump input power, chiller loading, air balance against design, and running hours by shift. It ends with a ranked list of interventions, each with an estimated saving and payback.
Air-side commissioning and balancing after installation or major overhaul: airflow set to design at every terminal, fan and drive settings recorded, and deviations documented before handover rather than discovered in the first summer.
An assessment of what the occupants and the process actually breathe: particulate counts, CO₂ as a ventilation proxy, temperature and humidity stability, and whether the installed filtration and fresh-air rates can hold the target.
